How to fit my suitcase cover to my suitcase
It’s really simple ! Follow our user guide and in 30 seconds on average, your Bag on Bag will fit your suitcase, both customizing and protecting it like a second skin. Moreover, there is no lifting involved.
Note: When using your Bag on Bag for the first time, you may feel a little resistance as you stretch the straps along the suitcase’s underside. Don’t worry! this is because the cover is brand new. The fabric will loosen over time, allowing you to slip your Bag on Bag on more easily.
How can I tell my suitcase cover is the right way up ?
To make sure your Bag on Bag is properly fitted to your suitcase, use the “dn” badge (located in the top left-corner of the cover) as a guide. It should always be at the front of your suitcase.
Why does the suitcase cover comes in 3 sizes ?
Bag on Bag is made of a stretchable and resistant fabric which makes it suitable to most brands and sizes of trolley suitcases.
In order to provide an equal measure of stretchability and resistance (because Bag on Bag protects your suitcase), we have selected a fabric that is both hard-wearing and adaptable.
Just like dressing according to your size is necessary to accentuate your figure; so it is important for Bag on Bag to correspond to the dimensions of your suitcase.
How do I know I have chosen the right size for my suitcase cover ?

My suitcase cover is dirty, what should I do ?
If you’ve just retrieved your suitcase from the carousel and you can see dirty marks on your Bag on Bag, don’t panic! We know that cleaning a suitcase is really difficult; but Bag on Bag is machine washable up to 30°C/86°F.
Caution! If you do not want your Bag on Bag to shrink, don’t put it in the dryer!
Please refer to our caring guidelines to make sure your Bag on Bag keeps all its original properties, after every wash.
I would like to wash my Bag on Bag suitcase cover, will this affect the print?
To print its suitcase covers, Dandy Nomad uses a sublimation process.
This technique allows the fabric to maintain a high quality print even after many washes. As a consequence, there is no risk that the print on your Bag on Bag will fade, if you follow our caring guidelines.
How does sublimation process work ?
Sublimation printing produces a photo quality finish with really deep colors that will withstand frequent washing. Thanks to this process, there is no limit to the number of colors, the size of the picture, or the detailed patterns we can print.
The process involves printing a “sublimable” paper. This paper is then pressed onto the fabric at high temperature in a heated roller to allow the dye to run from the paper to the fabric. As the dye goes from a solid state to a gaseous state without ever becoming liquid; this process is known as sublimation.
Why is there a side slit on each side of my suitcase cover?
There are many sorts of suitcases available on the market, particularly those with handles on one side or the other of the suitcase.
Our suitcase covers are designed to fit most of them.
Bag on Bag has two side slits in order to allow easy access to the handle on your suitcase, no matter which side it is on.
Does my Bag on Bag suitcase cover comply with airport regulations?
Absolutely. There are no regulations preventing the protection of one’s suitcase with a cover. Therefore, your Bag on Bag can travel with you all around the world.
Customs only have to be able to quickly access the contents of your suitcase. As a result, there is no problem with Bag on Bag since you can slip it on and off in 30 seconds on average.
Does my Bag on Bag suitcase cover replace the use of a padlock?
By creating an additional barrier between your suitcase and the external environment, Bag on Bag is definitely a deterrent against the potential theft of personal belongings placed inside your suitcase.
To make things easy, it will only take you 30 seconds on average to slip Bag on Bag, on and off. It covers your suitcase in order to protect it but does not lock it. For this reason, we recommend you use a padlock in addition to Bag on Bag.
As a rule, do not put valuable items inside your checked-in suitcase, but keep them with you in your carry-on luggage.
What is the difference between my Bag on Bag suitcase cover and the plastic film for wrapping suitcases?

How long will my Dandy Nomad suitcase cover last ?
It is very difficult to estimate the lifespan of your Bag on Bag. It mostly depends on the frequency of travel, on the countries you visit (in some parts of the world, baggage handlers are more careful than in others), on the airline companies you travel with, and it also depends on how you take care of your cover.
Nevertheless, Bag on Bag is brought to you in a stretchable and resistant fabric (a combination of polyester and spandex), in order to last and accompany you on future journeys.
Is it possible to customize my Bag on Bag suitcase cover?
For the time being, it is not yet possible to customize individual Bag on Bag covers.

However, it is possible for a manufacturing defect to occur. Therefore, if you have such a defect when you have received your Bag on Bag, do not hesitate to contact us brin git to our attention. Please return the defective item to us. After an inspection by our Returns and Exchanges service, we will send you a brand new Bag on Bag, to meet your expectations. In the case of a manufacturing defect noticed by our Returns and Exchanges service, Dandy Nomad will pay for the return fees of the defective item and for the shipping fees of a replacement.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your Bag on Bag against damages and tear caused by a third party, or against damages caused in transit.
I live abroad, can I get delivered?
Dandy Nomad delivers travel accessories to most countries around the world.
Delivery charges and time(s) can change from one country to another. Please consult our delivery fees for further information on that matter.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees depend on the delivery zone and the weight of your order.
Delivery is free to Metropolitan France (Zone 0) and to Canada, for any purchase on our website starting from 40 euros. Under this amount, delivery fees of 6,50€ incl. tax will be charged.
For zone OD1 & OD2 the delivery fee starts at 9€ and 10€. For zone 1, the delivery fee starts at 17€, then 25€ for zone 2, and 29€ for zone 3. Then it depends on the weight of the parcel
Zone OD1: Guadeloupe (St Barthélémy and St Martin), Martinique, Réunion, Guyana, Mayotte, St Pierre et Miquelon.
Zone OD2 : New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Iles Wallis and Futuna.
Zone 1 : Europe, Vatican City, Feroe Islands, Algeria, Tunisia, Morroco.
Zone 2 : United States, Africa, Middle East.
Zone 3 : Asia, South America, Central America, Oceania, rest of the world.
What is the delivery time ?
For indicative purposes only, delivery times can go from 3 to 15 business days starting from the order only for Metropolitan France and zones OD1 & OD2 and up to 1 month for zones 1, 2, 3 and Canada. Dandy Nomad commits to shipping orders within the 3 business days after their validation. This period is given as a reference only and subject to the reception of the payment.
If the product wanted by the customer is out of stock, it is indicated on the product page with a mere indication of the date of availability of the product. The client is then free to terminate the ordering process or to go through with it.
When the products are ready to be sent, the transport company GLS takes care of their delivery to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
As a mere indication, the delivery times go from 2 to 15 working days as far as the orders for metropolitan France and the French overseas territories concerned and may go until 1 month for the zones 1, 2 and 3*.
After your purchase, you will receive a first email from GLS indicating that the order is being prepared. As soon as your order is leaving our warehouse, you will receive a second email indicating you the tracking number of your parcel, and the estimated date of delivery with a time frame as a mere indication.
The deliveries are only made under signature: therefore if you think you will be out at the indicated time frame, you can indicate it and ask to reschedule the delivery at another time and date for free.
After the delivery, you will receive a thrid email to confirm the reception of your order.

Enter the tracking number of your parcel indicated in the second email you received and click on "search".

Dandy Nomad gives you the “money-back” guarantee. As soon as you receive your parcel, if you are not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days to send it back to us in its original condition and packaging at the following address:

The postmark or the date the receipt was recorded constitutes the starting point of this time period. The return or cancellation can apply to all or part of your purchase.
In case of any change of mind, the customer will have to pay for the return fees.
A total or partial refund will be completed in a maximum of 30 business days following the receipt of the returned items by Dandy Nomad. The refund is completed by crediting the customer’s debited bank account in accordance with the information given at time of purchase. The returned items that are defective, incomplete, dirty or with no packaging will not be taken back, exchanged, or repaid.
Beyond 14 days after delivery, items will not be taken back, or exchanged, or refunded.
